The Indiana/World Skating Academy Figure Skating Club (I/WSA FSC) is a member club in good standing of the United States Figure Skating Association.
Since being established in 1992, I/WSA-FSC has become the archetype for other skating clubs in the United States. The club is housed at the Indiana/World Skating Academy, home to two full-size ice surfaces in the Pan Am Building, located in the convenient corridor of beautiful downtown Indianapolis.
The club features a world-class coaching staff, performance opportunities in ice shows, off-ice training programs, and clinics conducted by visiting world and Olympic champions and their coaches
The Indiana/World Skating Academy Figure Skating Club hosts the prestigious Indy Challenge Ice Dance and Pairs competition, along with Skate Indy, a competition that attracts hundreds of skaters from around the country.
I/WSA-FSC also conducts USFSA-sanctioned test sessions throughout the year—tests that allow skaters to advance to the next level of competition.
Our own skaters have reached the highest levels of competition, winning medals on the national and world stage. The club also contains a large contingent of competitors in the adult ranks (those 21 and older).
